Membership Categories

Fellow Member

One who has a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies Administration or its equivalent and has been employed as a full-time administrative personnel for not less than one (1) year, or
One who has an industry-recognised certification and relevant work experience in administrative or management-related fields and has been employed as an administrative personnel for not less than five (5) years; or
One who has documentary evidence of having been employed in an administrative role for not less than seven (7) years.

Auxiliary Member

One who has an industry-recognised certification and relevant work experience in administrative or management-related fields and has been employed as an administrative personnel for not less than one (1) year; or
One who has documentary evidence of having been employed in an administrative role for not less than three (3) years;
This category of membership shall be entitled to all privileges and facilities except the right to nominate candidates for election, vote at General Meetings of the Association or serve on the Management Council.
This category of membership serves as a transition phase for individuals striving to meet the criteria for Fellow membership. Auxiliary Members are required to apply for transition upon fulfilling the eligibility requirements. Regardless, after four (4) consecutive years, their membership will automatically be converted to Fellow Member category.
