The Singapore Association of Administrative Professionals is proud to recognise Ms. Grace Seow as our Outstanding Member 2025. Her selection is the result of a rigorous point‑system evaluation conducted by the Membership Chairman, President, and one of our Advisors. This assessment took into account her consistent attendance at SAAP events and her dedicated years of service on the SAAP Management Council.
Grace’s journey with SAAP reflects a deep commitment to professional excellence and community building. Since joining the association, she has contributed actively to key events, beginning with her roles as Co‑Emcee and Games Coordinator for Administrative Professionals Day. Her involvement expanded into governance when she served on the Constitution Committee in 2018, followed by her term as Honorary Secretary (2018/2019), where she supported council operations and the Social Media Ad Hoc Committee.
From 2021 to 2024, Grace served as Vice President, leading the APD Organising Committee and representing SAAP in external engagements. Her leadership has strengthened both our programmes and our presence within the wider professional community.
Grace exemplifies steady service, thoughtful leadership, and a genuine heart for the profession. SAAP is honoured to celebrate her contributions and her enduring commitment to uplifting administrative professionals.
